Mundae International University strengthens its international profile through its partnership with the Polytechnic Institute of Lisbon.

The collaboration between Mundae International University and the Polytechnic Institute of Lisbon promotes the exchange of students, faculty members and researchers between both institutions, as well as the development of joint teaching and research initiatives.

Mundae International University has signed a collaboration agreement with the Polytechnic Institute of Lisbon aimed at strengthening academic, scientific, technological and cultural cooperation between both institutions. Founded in 1979, the Polytechnic Institute of Lisbon is one of Portugal’s leading public higher education institutions and brings together several previously established schools of higher education.

This agreement establishes a framework for collaboration focused on knowledge exchange among students, faculty members and researchers. It will enable the development of various initiatives in the field of Health Sciences, including educational and research projects and other academic activities of mutual interest to both institutions.

International mobility for students and teaching staff is one of the central pillars of this agreement. Through it, students from both universities will be able to take part in international and multicultural academic stays to complement their education and prepare them to address future challenges in the professional environment.

The exchange period will last for a minimum of one month and a maximum of one academic year, helping participants to integrate into their new destination. The agreement also includes the exchange of faculty members and researchers for teaching and scientific activities, strengthening cooperation and the development of initiatives of mutual interest.

The partnership will therefore support the implementation of joint activities in strategic areas, drawing on disciplines in which both institutions excel and creating new opportunities for cooperation.

The main measures included in the agreement focus on organising specialised joint teaching and research activities, seminars, conferences and scientific meetings, developing academic and training programmes, and launching joint research projects and collaborative publications.

By signing this agreement, Mundae International University strengthens its commitment to the internationalisation of education, the creation of new learning opportunities, the advancement of research and the exchange of talent within its academic community.
